New packages were introduced recently. Existing customers were automatically moved to the new packages without prior notification based on what they were paying before. The new packages are supposed to be better value for money, but this is not true. On the previous packages, you were essentially paying for 9GB of data, even if your package was for 1GB, as they would not cut you off if you used up your allocated data, only charging you if you went over 9GB. Now, I have been moved to a 2GB package where your are cut off as soon as you reach your cap, unless you pay a ridiculous amount for larger package where you can pay even more to get unlimited internet at a much slower speed. I only found out yesterday that after this month I am limited to 2GB a month, after I checked the website when I noticed that the account was different and that I had received 'more' data than I should have. With bad receptioncoverage, slow speeds and ridiculous downtimes, I am fed up with their service. I have sent a complaint to them but I doubt I will get a response. Word of warning: Do not use iBurst :)
